How your unused credits are handled depends on your account status and subscription:
Rollover for Subscribers #
If you have an active, paid subscription and renew on time, any unused credits will roll over to the next month (for monthly plans) or year (for yearly plans). This lets you accumulate credits for bigger projects, as long as you keep your subscription active.
Weekly Reset for Free Users #
Free users do not get rollover. Any unused credits will reset to zero every week. Free credits do not accumulate, so it’s best to use them before the weekly reset.
Forfeiture After Cancellation or Non-Renewal #
If you cancel your subscription or let it expire, all unused credits are forfeited and your balance is reset to zero. Credits are not refunded or saved if you leave or pause the service. To keep your credits, always make sure your subscription is renewed before it expires.
