If you use up all your credits, you have a few options to keep your work going without interruption.
Buying Additional Credits #
You can purchase extra credits at any time if you need to run more analyses or handle bigger projects. Credit packs are available exclusively to users with an active subscription. You can buy additional credits here and the new credits will be added to your account right away.
Upgrading or Renewing Your Plan #
If you often run out of credits, consider upgrading to a higher plan that offers a larger monthly or yearly allocation. Upgrading takes effect immediately and increases your credit balance, allowing you to handle more analyses in the future.
If you are at the end of your billing cycle, simply renewing your current subscription will also replenish your credits. Keeping your subscription active ensures you never lose any unused credits.
