Manual Renewal Process #
Renewing your subscription is always manual. When your current period ends, you need to log in and make a payment to continue your access. You’ll receive reminders before your subscription expires. If you don’t renew in time, your subscription will be cancelled and any unused credits will be lost.
Payment Methods and Policies #
- All payments are handled through PayPal.
- The payment method must belong to the account holder. Using someone else’s PayPal is not allowed and may lead to cancellation or permanent account bans.
- There’s no automatic renewal. You’re responsible for renewing your subscription before it expires.
- No payment info is stored for automatic charges.
Keeping Your Subscription Active #
- To keep your subscription active, renew it before the expiration date.
- If your subscription lapses, you lose access to all features and forfeit any remaining credits.
- If you miss a renewal, you can start a new subscription at any time, but old credits will not be restored.
- Active subscriptions allow unused credits to roll over to the next month.
- Only active subscribers can purchase additional credit packs.
