Only the account holder’s own PayPal account may be used to pay for a subscription. Using another person’s payment method without prior written authorization is strictly forbidden.
If an unauthorized payment is detected, the subscription will be cancelled immediately. A refund will be issued to the original payment method owner, and the account will be investigated. Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent payments may be suspended or permanently banned.
This strict rule protects both users and payment owners from fraud and chargebacks. Always use your own PayPal account, or get written approval before using a third party’s account. If in doubt, contact support before making a payment.
