How to Change Your Plan #
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Log in, go to “Subscriptions,” and select your new plan. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
- Upgrading: Upgrade if you need more credits, higher token limits, or advanced features.
- Downgrading: Downgrade if your needs decrease. Make sure your projects and sources fit within your new plan’s limits.
Important:
Changing your plan is treated as a new purchase. Payments already made are not refunded, compensated, or adjusted. There are no refunds or credit returns for previous payments.
Immediate Effects and Pro-Rating #
Upgrades:
- Take effect immediately.
- You pay only the price difference for the rest of your billing cycle.
- Your credit balance is preserved, and any new plan credits are added right away.
Downgrades:
- Take effect immediately.
- Lower limits apply instantly.
- If you exceed your new plan’s limits, you’ll need to remove extra projects or sources.
- No refund is provided. The new plan price will be charged in the next billing cycle.
Switching between monthly and yearly #
- You can switch at any time. Credits and billing are updated to match your new plan and cycle.
- No refund or adjustment for previous payments.
