Our users can choose from a variety of tools, add their text, select their language and task, and receive an answer. Our system operates on a credit basis, with each credit representing one prompt.
3. Token and Credit System
We use tokens and credits to manage and provide our services. A token is a unit of text roughly equivalent to a character, including spaces and punctuation marks. A credit represents one prompt or query on our tool.
3.1 Token Limits
Depending on the user’s plan, the input and output token limits vary as follows:
- White Dwarf Monthly Plan: Each prompt is limited to 1000 tokens input and 1000 tokens output.
- Blue Giant Monthly Plan: Each prompt is limited to 2000 tokens input and 2000 tokens output.
- Red Giant Monthly Plan: Each prompt is limited to 3000 tokens input and 3000 tokens output.
- White Dwarf Yearly Plan: Each prompt is limited to 4000 tokens input and 2000 tokens output.
- Blue Giant Yearly Plan: Each prompt is limited to 6000 tokens input and 3000 tokens output.
- Red Giant Yearly Plan: Each prompt is limited to 10,000 tokens input and 4000 tokens output.
The AI system is designed to handle prompts up to the specified token limits, with the ability to generate responses within the corresponding output limitations. However, it is important to recognize that not all responses will necessarily reach these maximum limits. The length and detail of AI-generated responses are influenced by several factors, including but not limited to: the complexity of the query, the specificity and clarity of the input text, and the contextual information required to provide a meaningful and coherent response. As such, users should be aware that while the AI strives to deliver comprehensive answers, the output may vary based on the aforementioned conditions.
3.2 Credit System
The credit system facilitates interaction with the Discourse Analyzer AI Toolkit. Each credit represents a prompt of up to 500 tokens, comprising your question and the AI’s response. Thus, a larger interaction, say, 600 tokens, would consume two credits. The more credits you have, the more expansive and detailed the questions you can ask. Each interaction with the system consumes credits based on its length in tokens. Hence, a substantial credit balance enables you to delve deeper into text proofreading, ensuring your content is articulate, concise, and free of errors. Credits are essentially your passport to limitless learning opportunities with the Discourse Analyzer AI Toolkit.
3.3 Credit Allocation and Usage
We offer different plans to accommodate various users’ needs. Users can earn extra credits through activities such as registration, daily logins, publishing questions, approved answers, and referrals.
If a user exhausts their monthly credit allocation, they can purchase additional credits. These credit packs are exclusively available for users with an active subscription.
3.4 Credit Rollover and Reset
Unused credits will roll over to the next month provided that the subscription is active and renewed timely. However, credits are not cumulative for free users and reset to zero each week. If a subscription is not renewed or cancelled, all remaining credits will be reset to zero.
4. Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription plans: White Dwarf, Blue Giant, and Red Giant. Each plan comes with a unique set of features, token limits, and monthly credits. Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time via the account settings.
- White Dwarf Plan: This plan is ideal for users with moderate needs, offering balanced token limits and credits suitable for standard usage.
- Blue Giant Plan: Designed for users requiring higher capacity, the Blue Giant Plan provides increased token limits and additional credits, making it suitable for more intensive use cases.
- Red Giant Plan: Our most comprehensive plan, the Red Giant Plan, is perfect for heavy users, offering the highest token limits and the most monthly credits for extensive usage.
We offer both yearly and monthly subscription options for each plan.
- Yearly Plan: The yearly plan offers enhanced value by providing 200 additional credits each month across all plans. This option is ideal for long-term users who prefer to pay annually and benefit from extended features, including longer input and output token limits. By committing to a yearly plan, users can enjoy consistent performance and access to the highest level of service.

This flexible option allows users to experience the full range of features and capabilities on a month-to-month basis, making it easy to adjust the subscription according to their needs.

5. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled after 3 days from the start date. However, any unused credits will be forfeited upon cancellation and will not be refunded. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
6. Query Limitations
To ensure fair usage and maintain optimal performance, there is a limit of 2 queries per 60 seconds for all subscription plans. This limit aligns with the average time it takes for a human to read and process the results of each query, ensuring that all users have a consistent and efficient experience.

8. Payment and Renewal
8.1 Authorized Payment Methods
- We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards managed by PayPal.
- The payment method used for transactions must belong to the account holder. Using someone else’s payment method is strictly prohibited.
- If a payment is made using someone else’s payment method, we require a written email from the payer, the one who paid, authorizing the payment. This authorization must be received prior to the transaction being processed.
8.2 Subscription Payment
- Subscription payments are processed via PayPal. You must ensure that your payment details are up to date to avoid any disruption in service.
- By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method.
8.3 Prohibition of Unauthorized Third-Party Payments
- Each account must be paid for by the account holder using their own payment method. Third-party payments are not allowed unless we receive a written email from the payer, the one who paid, authorizing the payment. This authorization must be received prior to the transaction being processed.
- Unauthorized use of someone else’s payment method will result in the cancellation of the subscription and a refund to the original payment method owner.
- If a refund is issued due to the unauthorized use of a payment method, the account associated with the subscription will be investigated and may be permanently banned if fraudulent activity is confirmed.
8.4 Renewal
- Subscription renewals are not automatic. This means the platform doesn’t automatically charge you, as there is no payment method linked to your account. You are entirely responsible for renewing your subscription.
- You will be notified prior to the end of your current subscription period to manually renew your subscription. Renewal can be made by clicking on the PAY button of the invoice received in the email, which will lead you to the Discourse Analyzer website where you can pay for your invoice, or by logging into your account and visiting: https://discourseanalyzer.com/my-account/orders/.
- Failure to renew your subscription before the expiration date will result in the termination of your service and the forfeiture of any unused credits. Renewing will keep the unused credits and add to them the credits of the renewal, depending on the plan you choose.
8.5 Dispute Resolution
- If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized transaction, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly, keeping you informed throughout the process.
- Unauthorized use of payment methods will be thoroughly investigated. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, appropriate actions, including refunds, cancellations, and account bans, will be taken.
9. Overdue and Suspension Policies
An overdue period of 3 days and a suspension period of 5 days apply. If a subscription is overdue or suspended, email reminders will be sent according to the set schedule. If a subscription ends, all remaining credits will reset to zero.
10. Email Notification Settings
We will send reminder emails as per the following schedule:
- Manual Payment Reminder Email: 3, 2, 1 days before due date
- Overdue Reminder Email: 1, 2, 3 days after due date
- Suspend Reminder Email: 1,2,3 days after due date
- Expiry Reminder Email: 3,2,1 days before expiry
11. User Responsibilities and Responsible Use

c) Answering questions: You can earn 5 credits for each approved answer. We encourage you to provide relevant, well-researched, and informative content. Maintain respectful, constructive discussions and refrain from posting inappropriate or offensive content. Await patiently for your answer to be approved and always adhere to our community guidelines.
d) Proper use of the tool: You agree to use the tool as intended. Any form of fraud, racism, sexism, or violence is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if we suspect misbehavior.

19. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We provide a cancellation and refund policy for users within the first 7 days of subscription. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your subscription within this period, please contact us at your earliest convenience. You may reach out to us via our contact page or directly at [email protected].
When requesting a cancellation, your cooperation is required.
