1. Introduction

Discourse Analyzer Tool, is a cutting-edge, academically-focused platform designed to assist researchers, students, and professionals in the field of Discourse Analysis. Our service relies on AI-driven technology to offer comprehensive insights into a broad array of discourse analysis topics, from theoretical foundations to practical applications. Our users can choose from a variety of tools, add their text, select their language and task, and receive an answer. Our system operates on a credit basis, with each credit representing one prompt.
3. Token and Credit System
We use tokens and credits to manage and provide our services. A token is a unit of text roughly equivalent to a character, including spaces and punctuation marks. A credit represents one prompt or query on our tool.
3.1 Token Limits
Depending on the user’s plan, the input and output token limits vary as follows:
- Free Plan: Each prompt is limited to 300 tokens input and 300 tokens output.
- White Dwarf: Each prompt is limited to 1000 tokens input and 1000 tokens output.
- Blue Giant: Each prompt is limited to 2000 tokens input and 2000 tokens output.
- Red Giant: Each prompt is limited to 3000 tokens input and 3000 tokens output.
3.2 Credit System
The credit system facilitates interaction with the Discourse Analyzer AI Toolkit. Each credit represents a prompt of up to 500 tokens, comprising your question and the AI’s response. Thus, a larger interaction, say, 600 tokens, would consume two credits. The more credits you have, the more expansive and detailed the questions you can ask. Each interaction with the system consumes credits based on its length in tokens. Hence, a substantial credit balance enables you to delve deeper into text proofreading, ensuring your content is articulate, concise, and free of errors. Credits are essentially your passport to limitless learning opportunities with our Proofier AI Toolkit.
3.3 Credit Allocation and Usage
We offer different plans to accommodate various users’ needs. Users can earn extra credits through activities such as registration, daily logins, publishing questions, approved answers, and referrals.
If a user exhausts their monthly credit allocation, they can purchase additional credits. These credit packs are exclusively available for users with an active subscription.
3.4 Credit Rollover and Reset
Unused credits will roll over to the next month provided that the subscription is active and renewed timely. However, credits are not cumulative for free users and reset to zero each week. If a subscription is not renewed or cancelled, all remaining credits will be reset to zero.
4. Subscription Plans
We offer three subscription plans: White Dwarf, Blue Giant, and Red Giant. Each plan comes with a unique set of features, token limits, and monthly credits. Users can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time via the account settings.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled after 3 days from the start date. However, any unused credits will be forfeited upon cancellation and will not be refunded. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
6. Query Limitations
To ensure fair usage and maintain optimal performance, there is a limit of 2 queries per 60 seconds for all subscription plans.

8. Payment and Renewal
Subscription renewal is manual via PayPal.
9. Overdue and Suspension Policies
An overdue period of 3 days and a suspension period of 5 days apply. If a subscription is overdue or suspended, email reminders will be sent according to the set schedule. If a subscription ends, all remaining credits will reset to zero.
10. Email Notification Settings
We will send reminder emails as per the following schedule:
- Manual Payment Reminder Email: 3, 2, 1 days before due date
- Overdue Reminder Email: 1, 2, 3 days after due date
- Suspend Reminder Email: 1,2,3 days after due date
- Expiry Reminder Email: 3,2,1 days before expiry
11. User Responsibilities and Responsible Use
By using this website, you agree to the following responsibilities:
a) Maintain the authenticity of your profile: Your user profile should reflect your true identity. We reserve the right to delete any profile we determine to be fake in our attempt to prevent fraud and build a community of authentic researchers, experts, and students.
b) Use of the Q&A system: You are allowed and encouraged to use our Q&A system. However, when submitting questions, please ensure they are necessary, clear, and contribute positively to the community. The system is designed to reward you with 1 credit for each of the first 3 questions you submit daily. Questions beyond this limit will not be awarded additional credits. We urge you to use this feature responsibly and avoid submitting inappropriate or irrelevant content. Any misuse may lead to penalties or restrictions on your account.
c) Answering questions: You can earn 5 credits for each approved answer. We encourage you to provide relevant, well-researched, and informative content. Maintain respectful, constructive discussions and refrain from posting inappropriate or offensive content. Await patiently for your answer to be approved and always adhere to our community guidelines.
d) Proper use of the tool: You agree to use the tool as intended. Any form of fraud, racism, sexism, or violence is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time if we suspect misbehavior.

e) Responsible Use: You agree to use our website only for the purposes intended and as permitted by these Terms, any additional contracts with us, and applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted online practices and industry guidelines. You must not use our website or services to use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) malicious computer software; use data collected from our website for any direct marketing activity, or conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities on or in relation to our website. Engaging in any activity that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or that interferes with the performance, availability, or accessibility of the website is strictly prohibited.
12. Binding
By registering with, accessing, or otherwise using this website, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth below. 18. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We offer a cancellation and refund policy for users within the first 7 days of subscription. If for any reason you wish to cancel your subscription within this period, please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach out to us via our contact page or directly at [email protected].
Please note that refunds are only available if the user has not consumed more than 40% of their allocated credits. If you decide that the service does not meet your expectations or needs, it is crucial to cease the use of your credits immediately and notify us about your intention to cancel.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to process all valid refund requests promptly. Your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy will ensure a smoother transaction for both parties.
19. Content posted by you

Except for obligations to pay money hereunder, no delay, failure or omission by either party to carry out or observe any of its obligations hereunder will be deemed to be a breach of these Terms and conditions if and for as long as such delay, failure or omission arises from any cause beyond the reasonable control of that party.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, relating to your violation of these Terms and conditions, and applicable laws, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. You will promptly reimburse us for our damages, losses, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of such claims.

Failure to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.
31. Language
These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and construed exclusively in English. All notices and correspondence will be written exclusively in that language.
32. Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our privacy statement and cookie policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sid Ahmed KHETTAB in relation to your use of this website.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions for changes or updates. The other provisions will not be affected.
